EMX Industries is proud to be attending the upcoming Industrial Automation Show in Shanghai, China. The event will take place from November 6-10, 2012, and EMX will be offering its visitors and attendees something special, an introductory look at the LEX-100 Light Measurement Sensor.
The LEX-100 verifies the presence of and measures the relative light intensity of a wide variety of light sources, including LEDs, monitors and lamps. It can be used to automate light evaluation processes, monitor light brightness, and selectively measure specific light colors when equipped with the right filters.
It’s quick and easy to setup, and intuitive to use, with reliable and high quality analysis. As mentioned, it can be used for a number of applications, and it offers high sensitivity and high resolution, fast response, and detection threshold and gain adjustment settings. The LEX-100 is also robust and rugged, and made to hold up to the rigors and challenges of high volume industrial environments.
The rest of the versatile and highly capable EMX product range will also be available for demonstration. This includes industrial sensors of nearly all varieties, including the ColorMax-1000 and ColorMax VIEW color sensors.
The Industrial Automation Show is a large international exhibition for production automation solutions, and is a key industry platform and event.
It’s also an ideal place to connect with China’s still burgeoning economy and growing industry. Even as the rapid growth of China’s economy has slowed in comparison to its peak, there’s still a healthy 7% growth rate, and a continued reliance on and utilization of automation, and advanced technology and industry.
Senior engineer Bill Letterle will be on hand along with representatives from the EMX Shanghai office who will be available to demonstrate the capabilities of our sensors across numerous industries and applications.
